We use Royal Mail 2nd Class post for all parcels with prices starting at £2.50

Free local pick up is available from Leicester LE2. When selecting this option at the checkout I will get your soap ready and contact you for a convenient time to collect.

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it please let me know by email and return the items to Soap & Pepper within 7 days.

Goods can only be returned in the same condition you received them, unopened and unused.

A full refund for the amount you paid for goods will be sent within 28 days of receiving the return, provided the items are in their original condition in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds will not include the cost of postage and packing.

Please keep proof of posting from the post office.

If an item does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us within seven days of receipt and we will arrange to either replace your goods or refund the purchase price.
